Elite Asset Management is a French firm which develops two core business:

- Inheritance planning consultant, Elite Asset Management provides its expertise on all the subjects concerning building-up, management and passing of property for private investors

- essentially French tax residents. Every proposed solution is in keeping with a global strategy. Our firm is independent of banks and insurance companies, which enables us to make work competition according to exclusively qualitative criteria. The managing director, Jean-Philippe Pham, is a member of CGPC, the only French association which is registered by the Financial Planning Standards Board. There's a clear and displayed ethics code: confidentiality, advice obligation, transparency of the remuneration.

- Property adviser, the firm is appointed by private investors for residential real estate in Paris and the most beautiful areas in France and also for high-return investments including substantial capital gains prospects. We do the due diligence needed to check out the location, the true market value and the quality of the interveners such as developers, management firm, lawyer, etc.
